goFX API is a high-frequency B2B e-invoicing generation tool designed to produce EN16931 and Factur-X compliant documents. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Service at any time.

3. API Usage and Rate Limits

Users must comply with the rate limits defined by their subscription plan. Abuse, excessively frequent requests, or attempts to circumvent rate limits may result in immediate termination of your API key.

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We process data strictly for the generation of your invoices and do not use your business data for any other purposes.
