1. Information We Collect

When you use the goFX API operated by LPDJS, we collect essential information such as your email address (via Google Authentication) to create your API keys, and metadata related to your API usage (number of requests, time of requests) for rate-limiting and billing purposes.

2. Data Processing (Invoices)

Any JSON payload sent to the API is strictly processed in memory (or temporarily stored) to generate your PDF invoice. We do NOT permanently store the contents of your business invoices on our servers unless explicitly configured by you (e.g. archiving feature). All generated PDFs stored on Google Cloud Storage are subject to strict retention policies and are automatically deleted.

3. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures, including HTTPS encryption in transit and AES-256 encryption at rest, to protect your data. However, no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure.

4. Third-Party Services

We use Google Cloud Platform (Firebase Auth, Firestore, Cloud Run, Cloud Storage) to host and operate our infrastructure. We also use Stripe for payment processing. We do not sell your data to any third parties.

5. Your Rights

You have the right to request access, correction, or deletion of your personal data. Contact us to exercise these rights.
